RTSA Policy on Smoking at Fields
(adopted June 6, 2008)
|
The Rockaway Township Code of Conduct form states "No coach, parent, player, official or attendee shall engage in any behavior which could endanger the health, safety or well-being of any coach, parent, player, participant, official or any other attendee." In light of this statement, effective immediately, the Rockaway Township Soccer Association is banning smoking within 100 feet of all of our playing fields during all practices and games. Based on the Code of Conduct and in order to protect the well-being of all participants and spectators, we expect all those representing the Rockaway Township Soccer Association as players, coaches, and spectators to abide by this rule whether an event takes place in Rockaway Township or in another town.
Thank you for your cooperation,
Rockaway Township Soccer Association Executive Board |
